Ingredients
  

  • 750 g Carrots
  • 100 g Cream
  • 3 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing carrot puree, peel, slice and cook the carrots in salt water.
  • Remove the carrots and blend it with a little water and parsley.
  • Add in pepper, salt and cream. Blend again till smooth.
  • Carrot puree is ready.
