For preparing chicken in sweet chilly sauce, marinate chicken wings with a mixture of curd, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder and little salt. Keep for 4 hours.
Mix corn flour, maida and add the chicken wings in it. Deep fry it in oil.
Heat oil, saute onion, green chillies. Add orange juice, honey, sweet chilli sauce and mix well. Add water and boil.
Add fried chicken wings, sesame seeds, celery and spring onions.
Coat well the wings with masala.
Chicken in sweet chilly sauce is ready.
