Healthy Vegetable Soup Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Carrots
  • 2 nos Turnip
  • 1 no Courgette
  • 1 no Leek
  • 1 no Potato
  • 1 spring Celery
  • 2 springs Parsley
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 20 g Butter
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • 1 litre Water
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing healthy vegetable soup, peel and wash all the vegetables except courgette.
  • Slice all the vegetables. Keep it aside in a bowl.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan and toss in the vegetables. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame stirring continuously.
  • Add in salt, pepper and water. Allow it to boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
  • Healthy vegetable soup is ready. Garnish with finely chopped parsley before serving.
  • Tip: 1)Add 1 tsp of fresh cream for a different taste.
