Instructions
- For preparing healthy vegetable soup, peel and wash all the vegetables except courgette.
- Slice all the vegetables. Keep it aside in a bowl.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and toss in the vegetables. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame stirring continuously.
- Healthy vegetable soup is ready. Garnish with finely chopped parsley before serving.
- Tip: 1)Add 1 tsp of fresh cream for a different taste.
