Gaspacho

Ingredients
  

  • 280 g Cucumber
  • 2 nos Tomatoes
  • 1/2 of Capsicum sliced
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1/4 litre Cold water
  • 20 g Stale bread
  • 1 tsp Wine vinegar
  • Hot sauce A few drops, Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing gaspacho, peel the cucumber skin and slice it.
  • Remove the seeds of the tomatoes and slice it.
  • Take a bowl, add in the sliced cucumber, tomatoes, garlic, capsicum and onion.
  • Pour cold water, vinegar, tabasco sauce, salt and pepper powder. Blend it.
  • Mince the bread well and blend this with the above mixture till smooth.
  • Transfer it into a soup tureen.
  • Add in olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Gaspacho is ready.
