Kothu Chappathi

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Chappathi sliced in length
  • 6 nos Egg
  • 2 nos Onion
  • Oil As reqd
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 1" piece Ginger 2 nos
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 4 nos Red onion
  • 5 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 1 no Cinammon sticks Karugapatta
  • 5 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kothu chappathi, mash ginger, garlic, green chillies, pepper and red onions.
  • Saute cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom in oil. Add the mashed mixture to it.
  • Add tomato pieces, chilly powder and mix it.
  • Add onion to it and fry again.
  • Add egg, garam masala, chappathi pieces and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Serve it with salad.
