Instructions
For preparing kothu chappathi, mash ginger, garlic, green chillies, pepper and red onions.
Saute cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom in oil. Add the mashed mixture to it.
Add tomato pieces, chilly powder and mix it.
Add onion to it and fry again.
Add egg, garam masala, chappathi pieces and mix well.
Add salt to taste.
Serve it with salad.
