Coriander leaves

As reqd

Garam masala
Instructions
For preparing kothu chappathi, mash
ginger
,
garlic
,
green chillies
, pepper and red onions.
Saute cinnamon sticks,
cloves
,
cardamom
in
oil
. Add the mashed mixture to it.
Add
tomato
pieces, chilly powder and mix it.
Add
onion
to it and fry again.
Add
egg
,
garam masala
, chappathi pieces and mix well.
Add
salt
to taste.
Serve it with salad.
