Fish Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Minced fish boneless
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 3 nos Tomato
  • 5-6 nos Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 10 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 kg Wheat flour
  • 2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fish paratha, saute ginger and garlic in ghee. Add the minced fish to it and fry well.
  • Add salt, garam masala, chilly powder to it and fry again.
  • Then add tomato pieces, green chillies and fry till the ghee clears.
  • Add onion, coriander leaves to it and fry well. Let it cool. 5)Mix wheat flour with salt, ghee (as required), water and knead well as for chappathi.
  • Take a small sized ball out of the dough and press this ball by hand to make a small circle. Repeat procedure with entire dough.
  • Spread the fillings on the circles and place another circle on top of the filling and stick the ends well. Roll on the paratha lightly using a chappathi roller.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in frying pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
