Nadan Kadachakka(Bread Fruit) Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Kadachakka/bread fruit sliced into long thin pieces
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing nadan kadachakka thoran, cook the kadachakka with chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Keep this aside.
  • Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Roughly crush coconut and green chillies. Add this to the spluttered mustard and fry.
  • Add the kadachakka and saute till crispy.
  • Nadan kadachakka thoran is ready.
