Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Jaggery grated, Sharkara
  • 1/2 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing sweet thatta, mix jaggery in coconut milk and strain the mixture. Keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl, add in wheat flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Knead the mixture by adding coconut milk jaggery solution to it.
  • Make poories out of it and deep fry it in oil.
  • Sweet thatta is ready. Serve hot.
