Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Rice cooked
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Apple juice
  • 4 nos Grapes
  • 1 piece Pineapple sliced
  • 2 drops Vanilla essence
  • Sugar As reqd
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Karugapatta

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fruit rice pudding, boil milk, sugar, cinnamon and rice on low flame till the milk drains to half.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • Remove the cinnamon and grind the mixture.
  • Cook the mixture on low flame again for 10 minutes.
  • Convert it into a pudding tray and put it in the fridge.
  • Fruit rice pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
