For preparing easy roasted chicken and boiled vegetables, first apply soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, ginger, garlic paste, butter, salt and pepper on the chicken pieces.
Cook chicken with 2 cups of water.
When done, fry the chicken pieces in butter.
Boil the remaining chicken stock and add corn flour.
Cook the vegetables in another pan with required salt, pepper and butter. Remove from flame and keep aside.
Place the chicken pieces in a plate, spread the cooked vegetables on side. Pour the thickened sauce over it and serve.
