- Cook chicken with 2 cups of water.
- When done, fry the chicken pieces in butter.
- Boil the remaining chicken stock and add corn flour.
- Cook the vegetables in another pan with required salt, pepper and butter. Remove from flame and keep aside.
- Place the chicken pieces in a plate, spread the cooked vegetables on side. Pour the thickened sauce over it and serve.
- Easy roasted chicken with boiled vegetables is ready.
