Easy Roasted Chicken With Boiled Vegetables

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt As reqd
  • 100 g Butter



  • For preparing easy roasted chicken and boiled vegetables, first apply soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, ginger, garlic paste, butter, salt and pepper on the chicken pieces.
  • Cook chicken with 2 cups of water.
  • When done, fry the chicken pieces in butter.
  • Boil the remaining chicken stock and add corn flour.
  • Cook the vegetables in another pan with required salt, pepper and butter. Remove from flame and keep aside.
  • Place the chicken pieces in a plate, spread the cooked vegetables on side. Pour the thickened sauce over it and serve.
  • Easy roasted chicken with boiled vegetables is ready.
