Instructions
For preparing ari kondattam/vattal, grind together all the ingredients.
Then add 2 litres water and knead well.
Put the mixture in the murukku press.
Press it over a cloth and sun dry it.
Deep fry the dried kondattam in oil and serve Kerala Arikondattam with rice.
