Thai Chicken Chilly

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken boneless sliced
  • 2 nos Onion cubes
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 5 nos Red dry chillies
  • 1 bunch Spring onion sliced
  • Bell peppers cubes
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly paste
  • 2 tsp Green chilly paste
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • For preparing thai chilly chicken, marinate chicken with cornflour, salt, ginger-garlic paste and required water. Deep fry it in oil. Keep it aside.
  • In a pan, pour oil. Fry garlic, green chillies, onion and bell pepper.
  • Mean while, mix soya sauce, green chilly paste, red chilly paste, salt and pepper.
  • Pour this into onion mix. Fry for 2 minutes. Immediately add the chicken, red chillies, spring onion and fry it well till the masala is coated.
  • Sprinkle water so the masala will not stick in pan.(Use 1 tsp corn flour mixed in water and pour over).
  • Thai chicken chilly is ready.
