For preparing sweet and sour fish, marinate fish fillets in lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Mix it with corn flour and deep fry it in oil.
In a kadai, add oil and fry garlic, onion, capsicum, canned tomato/chopped tomatoes and the mixed veggies.
Add green chillies.
Add little salt.
Add sweet sauce, hot sauce and fry it.
Add 1 tsp corn flour mixed in water and thicken the sauce.
Add fish pieces and coat well.
In a sizzler pan, add 1 tsp butter.
When hot, spread lettuce on 1 side and pour the fish.
Serve it sizzling hot.
Sweet and sour fish is ready.
