Ingredients
- Fish fillets(cubes) - 4 nos
- Onion(cubes) - 1 nos
- Yellow, red, green bell peppers(cubes) - 1 cup
- Canned tomato(can use 2 tomatoes instead) - 1/2 cup
- Sweet chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
- Hot sauce - 1 tbsp
- garlic(chopped) - 5 cloves
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Mixed veggies(diced) -
- Green chilly(slit) - 1 no
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Corn flour mixed in water - 1 cup
- Sesame oil(As reqd) -
- Lime juice - 1 no
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Lettuce/Cabbage(big leaf) - 2 nos

Instructions
- For preparing sweet and sour fish, marinate fish fillets in lemon juice, pepper and salt.
- Mix it with corn flour and deep fry it in oil.
- Add green chillies.
- Add little salt.
- Add sweet sauce, hot sauce and fry it.
- Add 1 tsp corn flour mixed in water and thicken the sauce.
- Add fish pieces and coat well.
- In a sizzler pan, add 1 tsp butter.
- When hot, spread lettuce on 1 side and pour the fish.
- Serve it sizzling hot.
- Sweet and sour fish is ready.
