Hot Chilly Gobi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Cauliflower cubed
  • 1 no Onion cubed
  • 1 no Capsicum cubed
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 no Spring onions chopped
  • Red color optional

Instructions
 

  • For preparing hot chilly gobi, clean cauliflower and soak in hot water with turmeric powder.
  • Drain and marinate the flower with 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic, lime juice and chilly powder for 1 hour.
  • Mix the ingredients: rice flour, corn flour, maida, ginger-garlic paste, salt and color.
  • Add very little water to combine.
  • Dip the marinated florets in the flour mixture and deep fry in hot oil. Keep aside.
  • Drain excess oil and keep 2 tsp oil in pan and fry onion, capsicum and spring onions. Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Decorate it on top of the fried cauliflower.
  • Hot chilly gobi is ready.
