For preparing hot chilly gobi, clean cauliflower and soak in hot water with turmeric powder.
Drain and marinate the flower with 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic, lime juice and chilly powder for 1 hour.
Mix the ingredients: rice flour, corn flour, maida, ginger-garlic paste, salt and color.
Add very little water to combine.
Dip the marinated florets in the flour mixture and deep fry in hot oil. Keep aside.
Drain excess oil and keep 2 tsp oil in pan and fry onion, capsicum and spring onions. Fry for 2 minutes.
Decorate it on top of the fried cauliflower.
Hot chilly gobi is ready.
