Hariyali Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken boneless
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam

Instructions
 

  • For preparing hariyali chicken tikka, first grind ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Grind coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  • Mix together coriander mix, ginger paste, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and curd.
  • Marinate chicken in the mix and keep it over night.
  • Grill the chicken using skewers in griller.
  • Hariyali chicken tikka is ready.
