- Chicken boneless - 1 kg
- Curd - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Ginger - 2 tsp
- garlic - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing hariyali chicken tikka, first grind ginger, garlic and green chillies.
- Grind coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Mix together coriander mix, ginger paste, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and curd.
- Marinate chicken in the mix and keep it over night.
- Grill the chicken using skewers in griller.
- Hariyali chicken tikka is ready.
