Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Thick coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 425 ml Condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • For preparing special coconut pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Mix coconut milk, condensed milk and milk well.
  • Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.
  • Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.
  • Garnish with grated coconut and serve chilled.
  • Special coconut pudding is ready.
