Special Coconut Pudding

For preparing special coconut pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.

Mix coconut milk, condensed milk and milk well.

Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.

Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.

Garnish with grated coconut and serve chilled.
