Mushroom Chilly Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Mushroom sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom chilly fry, first fry cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies in oil.
  • Add in onions, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilly powder. Fry well.
  • Then add in the mushrooms and salt. Fry well till the mushrooms are done.
  • Mushroom chilly fry is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
