Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 3 tbsp Coconut grated
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom thoran, cook mushrooms, onions, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, chilly powder with required water in a china dish till the water drains.
  • Then add grated coconut, curry leaves and coconut oil. Mix well till you get a dry consistency.
  • Mushroom thoran is ready. Serve hot.
