  • 50 g Chennellari
  • 5 g Aashaali
  • 5 g Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • 5 g Chukku Dry ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam podi
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Coconut grated
  • Ashtachoornam As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing nutritious karkadaka kanji, cook chennellari, aashaali, fenugreek seeds and chukku with required water.
  • Grind the cumin powder, curry leaves, turmeric powder and coconut. Add it with the above kanji.
  • Nutritious karkadaka kanji is ready. Serve with ashtachoornam.
