- 50 g Chennellari
- 5 g Aashaali
- 5 g Fenugreek seeds Uluva
- 5 g Chukku Dry ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam podi
- Curry leaves As reqd
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Coconut grated
- Ashtachoornam As reqd
- Water As reqd
For preparing nutritious karkadaka kanji, cook chennellari, aashaali, fenugreek seeds and chukku with required water.
Grind the cumin powder, curry leaves, turmeric powder and coconut. Add it with the above kanji.
Nutritious karkadaka kanji is ready. Serve with ashtachoornam.
