Shanghai Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 4 cups Cooked basmati rice
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Button mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Oyster mushroom
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 pack Chicken powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing shanghai fried rice, fry the vegetables in oil.
  • Add turmeric powder, pepper powder and chicken powder. Fry again.
  • Add the rice and salt. Mix well, and remove from flame.
  • Shanghai fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
