Chilly Fried Fish

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg King fish
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 3 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • Ajino moto A pinch
  • 5 nos Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chilly fried fish, first marinate the fish pieces with 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric and salt.
  • Fry the fish and keep aside.
  • In a pan, add little oil. Fry garlic, onion and green chillies.
  • Add chilly powder, chilly powder, turmeric and curry leaves.
  • Add vinegar, tomato sauce, ajino moto, pepper and required salt.
  • Fry for few minutes and add corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup water.
  • Make it a semi thick gravy.
  • Pour over the fish.
  • Chilly fried fish is ready.
