Kerala Beef Chilly Roast

Beef marinated in special masala and deep fried

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Beef
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Chilly Flakes
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 5 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • Curry leaves FewI

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kerala beef chilly roast, first marinate the beef with onion, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chilly flakes, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Marinate for 1/2 an hour and pressure cook it with little water.
  • Open the lid when done and cook till water is evaporated.
  • In another pan, add oil.
  • Add grated ginger, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the cooked beef and fry it till it turns brown in color.
  • Kerala beef chilly roast is ready.
