Mustard seeds

Kadala parippu
Coriander leaves
optional, chopped

Instructions
For preparing yummy curd rice, first mix curd and rice in a bowl.
Mash well with ladle.
Crush the green chillies and ginger. Add this to rice bowl.
Add milk and salt. Mix well.
Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, channa dal and dry red chillies.
Pour it over rice.
Add grated carrot and coriander leaves at last. Gently mix it.
Keep it closed with a lid.
Prepare rice at least 3 hours before serving.
Yummy curd rice is ready.
