Chicken Kabsa - Middle East Special

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Chicken
  • 2 cups Biriyani rice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds roasted and powdered, Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken kabsa, cook all the ingredients in a pressure cooker till the first whistle.
  • Remove from flame and keep it aside for 15 minutes without opening the cooker.
  • After 15 minutes, convert it to a serving plate.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
  • Chicken kabsa is ready.
