Instructions
For preparing thakkali curry, heat oil in pan, splutter cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add onion, tomato, green chillies, salt, ginger, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Fry for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle water and cover it with a lid and cook.
When the tomatoes become thin and in gravy type, add sugar and mix well.
Thakkali chutney is ready.
