Beansprout Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Beans
  • 1 no Onion sliced, roasted
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1/4 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Coconut grated
  • Chilly garlic sauce - 4 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp Onion roasted

Instructions
 

  • For preparing beansprout, boil water in a frying pan and add beans to this boiling water and drain after 2 minutes.
  • Mix all the ingredients: onion, thick coconut milk, lemon juice, grated coconut, chilly-garlic sauce and cooked beans together in a bowl except chillies, spring onion and roasted onion.
  • Garnish with the rest of ingredients and serve.
  • Beansprout salad is ready.
