Tomato Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Tomato sliced, big
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 clove Garlic optional
  • Oil As reqd
  • Curry leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tomato coconut chutney, heat kadai and fry grated coconut for 5 minutes. 2)In a processor, add onion, tomato, chilly powder, garlic and fried coconut. Grind them well.
  • Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  • Season it on chutney with required salt.
  • Tomato coconut chutney is ready.
