Beef Brinjal Cutlet

Special type of cutlet made with brinjal and beef

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Beef minced
  • 2 nos Brinjal Kathrikka
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 no Egg beaten
  • Bread crumbs As reqd
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing beef -kathrikka cutlet, first cook brinjal in water and cut into half.
  • Cook beef by adding required salt and water. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil and fry onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Add cooked beef and turmeric powder.
  • Scoop the flesh out of the brinjal and add with the beef.
  • Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Fill this mixture inside the brinjal.
  • Dip the brinjal into egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Place it in a baking tray and bake it till it gets golden brown in color.
  • Beef brinjal cutlet is ready.
