For preparing rich paneer curry, heat little oil in kadai and fry paneer pieces. Keep this aside.
In the same kadai, add little oil and half spoon ghee.
Add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
Add onion, ginger and garlic.
Add tomato, chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Do not over cook the onion.
Remove from flame and grind it when cooled.
Heat ghee in kadai, add kasoori methi and the ground masala.
Add the paneer pieces and cook well.
Add the cashew nut paste and saute well. Cook for 5 mints.
Remove from flame and decorate with coriander leaves.
Rich paneer curry is ready.
