Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Pearl sago Chowari
  • 6 nos Green chillies
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida powder Kayam
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Vermicelli Semiya

Instructions
 

  • For preparing semiya vettal, cook pearl sago and semiya with water.
  • After cooking grind green chillies, asafoetida and salt. Mix it with the pearl sago.
  • Using a ladle spread this mixture in white cloth and allow it to dry in sunlight.
  • After drying, fry this vettal in oil to use as side dish.
