Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Boiled vermicelli Semiya
  • 1 cup Gram flour Kadala mavu
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Smashed boiled potato
  • 2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida powder Kayam
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing semiya pokkavadam, first mix gram flour, rice flour, potato, red chilly, asafoetida, onion and coconut oil with boiled semiya and mix it well. Add required salt.
  • Take small pinches of this mixture and fry this in coconut oil
  • Semiya pokkavadam is ready.
