Instructions
For preparing semiya pokkavadam, first mix gram flour, rice flour, potato, red chilly, asafoetida, onion and coconut oil with boiled semiya and mix it well. Add required salt.
Take small pinches of this mixture and fry this in coconut oil
Semiya pokkavadam is ready.
