Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Tomato
  • 1 kg Pearl sago Chowari
  • 200 g Green chillies
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tomato vettal, first add tomato to boiling water. Remove the peel and smash it well.
  • Grind green chillies.
  • Boil pearl sago in water.
  • After the pearl sago is cooked, add the smashed tomato and green chillies.
  • Add salt.
  • Spread this mixture in a piece of white cloth using a ladle and allow it to dry.
  • After it gets dried this can be fried in oil and used as a side dish.
  • Tomato vettal is ready.
