Tomato Vettal - Brahmins Special

Pearl sago
Chowari

Green chillies
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
tomato
vettal, first add
tomato
to boiling
water
. Remove the peel and smash it well.
Grind
green chillies
.
Boil pearl sago in
water
.
After the pearl sago is cooked, add the smashed
tomato
and
green chillies
.
Add
salt
.
Spread this mixture in a piece of white cloth using a ladle and allow it to dry.
After it gets dried this can be fried in
oil
and used as a side dish.
Tomato
vettal is ready.
