Ragi Diabetic Dosa

Ragi with other ingredients are ground and made into dosa`s

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ragi
  • 1 cup Wheat
  • 1/2 cup Raw rice
  • 1 tbsp Urad dal Uzhunnu parippu
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing ragi diabetic dosa, soak ragi, wheat and rice.
  • Soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds in another vessel.
  • Grind ragi, wheat and rice adding salt.
  • Grind fenugreek and urad dal.
  • Mix this batter with ragi-wheat-rice batter and keep for 5-6 hours.
  • Make dosas using less quantity of oil.
  • Ragi diabetic dosa is ready. Serve hot.
