Instructions
For preparing ragi diabetic dosa, soak ragi, wheat and rice.
Soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds in another vessel.
Grind ragi, wheat and rice adding salt.
Grind fenugreek and urad dal.
Mix this batter with ragi-wheat-rice batter and keep for 5-6 hours.
Make dosas using less quantity of oil.
Ragi diabetic dosa is ready. Serve hot.
