- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing ragi diabetic dosa, soak ragi, wheat and rice.
- Soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds in another vessel.
- Grind fenugreek and urad dal.
- Mix this batter with ragi-wheat-rice batter and keep for 5-6 hours.
- Make dosas using less quantity of oil.
- Ragi diabetic dosa is ready. Serve hot.
