Mixed Vegetable Dosa Easy

Different types of veggies are added to make a healthy dosa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Chickpea flour Kadala mavu
  • 1/4 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 2 springs Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Coriander or Mint leaves chopped finely
  • Salt As reqd
  • Vegetable oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mixed vegetable dosa, add together chickpea flour, carrot, onion, cabbage, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt. Make a batter of dosa batter consistency.
  • Apply oil on a tawa and make dosa`s.
  • Sprinkle finely cut coriander leaves or mint leaves.
  • Mixed vegetable dosa is ready. Serve hot.
