- Chickpea flour(Kadala mavu) - 2 cups
- Carrot(grated) - 1/4 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Cabbage(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Ginger(grated) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander or Mint leaves(chopped finely) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Vegetable oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mixed vegetable dosa, add together chickpea flour, carrot, onion, cabbage, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt. Make a batter of dosa batter consistency.
- Apply oil on a tawa and make dosa`s.
- Sprinkle finely cut coriander leaves or mint leaves.
- Mixed vegetable dosa is ready. Serve hot.
