Godambu Dosai - Brahmin Special

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 4 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida powder Kayam
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • Gingelly oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing godambu dosai, mix rice flour and wheat flour with water and make a batter. This must be of watery consistency.
  • Add green chillies by cutting into small pieces, jeerakam, curry leaves, asafoetida and salt.
  • Mix this batter very well.
  • Fry mustard seeds in coconut oil and add to the batter.
  • Pour a ladle full of batter and spread evenly in round shape.
  • Add oil around it and allow it to get cooked till it becomes crisp.
  • Turn sides and cook well.
  • Godumbu doasi is ready.
