Mutta Puli
A typical kerala dish with egg, but tastes like a fish curry

- 4 nos Egg
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 1 no Tomato chopped
- 3 nos Green chillies slit
- Curry leaves Few
- Coconut oil As reqd
- 2 tsp Ginger crushed
- 1 tsp Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- 1 lemon Tamarind soaked in water
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
For preparing mutta puli, heat oil in pan, splutter mustard seeds.
Add onion, ginger and garlic. Saute well.
Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder.
When oil appears on top, add salt and curry leaves.
Add the tamarind juice and allow it to boil. Add little water to make more gravy.
Switch off the flame. Now pour egg 1 by 1 and lightly stir with a ladle.
Mutta puli is ready. Serve it hot.
