Mutta Puli
A typical kerala dish with egg, but tastes like a fish curry

- 4 nos Egg
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 1 no Tomato chopped
- 3 nos Green chillies slit
- Curry leaves Few
- Coconut oil As reqd
- 2 tsp Ginger crushed
- 1 tsp Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- 1 lemon Tamarind soaked in water
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- For preparing mutta puli, heat oil in pan, splutter mustard seeds. 
- Add onion, ginger and garlic. Saute well. 
- Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder. 
- When oil appears on top, add salt and curry leaves. 
- Add the tamarind juice and allow it to boil. Add little water to make more gravy. 
- Switch off the flame. Now pour egg 1 by 1 and lightly stir with a ladle. 
- Mutta puli is ready. Serve it hot.
