For preparing beef-kadala fry, fry mustard, curry leaves, ginger and garlic in oil.
Add onion and green chillies to it and fry again.
Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and pepper powder. Stir well.
When the oil clears, add the minced beef and cooked kadala to it. Fry well.
Add the sliced coconut and mix well. Remove it from flame when done.
Beefvkadala fry is ready. Serve with rice.
