Instructions
For preparing tomato sauce, chop the onion and garlic cloves. Keep it aside.
Put the tomatoes in boiling water and blend it well in the food processor.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic in it.
Add the pureed tomatoes, tomato puree, bouquet garni, salt, pepper and sugar.
Stir and simmer in low flame uncovered for 30 min.
Remove the bouquet garni and season to taste before serving.
Tomato sauce is ready. Serve it with any spicy snacks.
