For preparing special veg tikka, mix coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry fenugreek leaves, curd, cheese spread, cream and salt together to make a paste.
Marinate the cubed cheese, mushrooms, onions and capsicum in the paste for 30 min.
Insert this marinated cheese and vegetables on long sticks and bake it in the oven for 15 min turning once.
