Potato Kabab

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Potato
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • Oil To fry

Instructions
 

  • For preparing potato kabab, cook the potatoes and mince it.
  • Mix flour with water to form batter.
  • Mix potatoes with 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Make small cutlets from it. First dip in flour paste and bread crumbs and fry it in oil.
  • Potato kabab is ready. Serve it with chutney/curd.
